A video shared by forest officer Susanta Nanda shows a woman risking her life and breaking through frozen ice in a lake to save a stranded dog from dying. She takes of her winter wear and actually wades through freezing ice and brings the dog back to safety and helped by her friends. Terming it as a simple act of kindness towards a single animal may not mean anything to all creatures, Susanta said that it would mean everything to one. The woman cuts through the ice like butter to save a dog.
