VISAKHAPATNAM: Andhra Pradesh DGP Gautam Sawang lauded Rambilli police station staff for going beyond their call of duty in showing humanity & act of professionalism  for carrying the body of an unidentified  man who washed up at the shore of Seethapalem.

When no one came to claim the body for three days & the body started to rot, the cops as a humane gesture carried him along the shore for 3 kms to perform his last rites.

ASI Dora, HC Masenu, constable Narsinga Rao, Home Guard Kondababu, carried the body toll Seethapalem. From there the body was taken to a mortuary at Yelamanchili for post mortem.
