Thalapathy Vijay is one of the top most actors in Kollywood. After Rajinikanth, he is one another actor who enjoys a huge fan following. The AR Murugadoss directorial created a storm before its release due to its controversial content which raised audience expectations. Now, Vijay has broken one more record. He is the only actor from Kollywood to score two consecutive Rs 250 crore hits at box office worldwide. His previous film Mersal also touched the magic figure. The film was directed by Atlee. In the film, Vijay played triple roles and the movie was also criticized for anti-government dialogues. Sarkar opened to great reviews and the collections have surpassed Rs 250 crore in terms of theatrical revenue. According to reports, Sarkar has a chance to cross Rs 300 crore mark in the coming days.
