Geetha Govindam Piracy: 4 Arrested In Guntur

The Guntur police on Sunday arrested four persons, including three students from a University based in Vijayawada, for indulging in piracy of Vijay Deverakonda-starrer Geetha Govindam, which is set to be released on August 15. According to police, Padavala Rajesh, an employee based in Film Nagar of Hyderabad got hold of the film's copy fromn editing and dubbing studios.

Guntur Urban Superintendent of Police Ch Vijaya Rao said that Rajesh shared the film with his relative Jayant, a student of Vijayawada. Jayant, in turn passed the film to two of his friends, Kamal and Sai Mahesh, who were arrested in Hyderabad. The police also arrested Sai Mahesh, Kamal and Rajesh, who is prime accused in the case.
