Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and Congress leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka got into a heated argument during Telangana budget sessions on Saturday and continued to attack each other with their words. Bhatti accused the Telangana government of launching the budget as a bankrupt government. He alleged that the state came up with a surplus budget and piled up debts during CM KCR's ruling. KCR reacted to Bhatti's comments and said that he was wrong and misleading people.

The chief minister said that the Congress was making false allegations against TRS with Jealousy over-development done by TRS. Bhatti Questioned KCR over his employment promises, and Irrigation projects. CM KCR said that opposition party leaders turned blind to all the development of TRS. KCR questioned Bhatti as to why they hadn't seen Bhakta Ramadasu project which was completed.

KCR fired Congress for making allegations over TRS victory, saying that they have a tremendous majority in the state and congresspeople linked it to EVM's Tampering.KCR has challenged Congress to prove that the state has a debt of Rs 3 lakh crore.

CM KCR's responded to Bhatti question over cut down of the budget and said that as a result of an economic slowdown there is cut down in the budget, and even there is a cut-down in center government allotted budget to the state. KCR Further sarcastically says that they always welcome the critics from oppositions and they have tolerance and patience.

Later KTR asks Bhatti to show the proofs for their allegations on KR over Employment scheme and demands to apologize or prove them wrong.

Bhatti Vikramarka responds to KTR comments and says that he is not their slave, and KTR can't speak in such a high voice. He further added that the employment opportunities provided by TRS are quiet unsatisfactory out of 2,48,000 vacancies they have filled only 56,500 vacancies.

CM KCR made key comments on the irrigation projects in the House during the Telangana Budget Assembly. He made sensational comments on the Polavaram project.KCR alleged that Congress party has misled Telangana by proposing the Polavaram project under the name of Indira Sagar and says that even Opposition parties can look into the matter if necessary.

Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka criticizes KCR for introducing Vote-on-Account Budget for six months. The proposed budget has been reduced to Rs 36,000 crore and will be further reduced when the budget is implemented.

Bhatti alleged that the state is suffering from the KCR ruling and further alleged that the CM KCR's lack of financial discipline has increased the debt of the State. Initially, CM KCR has praised GST now he is blaming center over the meager funds provided to the state.
