KTR Condemns Attack On Woman Forest Officer  

Hyderabad: TRS working president KT Rama Rao condemned the attack on forest range officer Anitha that took place in Sirpur-Kagaznagar by TRS leaders on Sunday.

Taking to Twitter, he found fault with the conduct of MLA Koneru Konappa's brother and ZPTC chairman Koneru Krishna, who mercilessly attacked the lady officer with sticks during her line of duty. He said nobody is beyond law and informed that Krishna was arrested by the police.

Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao also expressed his ire against the TRS leaders who thrashed the officer and ordered a comprehensive report on the same. Meanwhile, Kagaznagar DSP Sambaiah and Rural CI Venkatesham were suspended for failing to discharge their duties.
