Kesineni Nani to contest from Vijayawada LS seat

TDP president N.Chandrababu Naidu finally decided to give the ticket from Vijayawada Parliamentary constituency to Kesineni Nani. He also gave B-form to Nani on Tuesday.

It may be recalled that a lot of ruckus has taken place over the party candidate that will contest from here.

Nani has been expecting the ticket for a long time. But, the rumours later suggested that the party may give ticket to film producer Potluri Varaprasad, whose name was backed by Power Star Pawan Kalyan, from the seat.

At one time, the name of Koneru Satyanarayana was also heard as the party candidate from the constituency.

With this, Nani blamed that some corporate personalities were trying to halt his chances of getting the ticket to contest from here. He even described Koneru Satyanarayana and Potluri Varaprasad as international scammers.

Whatever be the incidents related to this, Nani finally got the chance to contest for Lok Sabha from Vijayawada.
