Despite Income Tax Raid, Yash Buys House In Hassan

Rocking Star Yash is soaring to new heights of stardom with his latest flick, KGF Chapter 1. Already setting several new records, the movie is inching closer to Rs 300 crores. With grabbing worldwide attention, KGF surely has become a game changer for Yash.

However, the box-office collections have reportedly led to the Income Tax raid at Yash's residence. The actor, meanwhile ignored all the speculation and went ahead with a property purchase in his hometown, Hassan.

Born in Hassan, Yash was brought up in Mysore. Having always expressed his desire to spend time in his hometown in most of his interviews, the actor now has bought a house in Vidhyanagar, spread across a 68x70 plot and even purchased 80 acres of land, 20 km away from his new house.

Yash even made a visit to Hassan last week to have a look at his new property.

During the Sandalwood Income Tax raid, Yash was one of the targetted actors with news reports stating that the actor has a Rs 30 crores bank loan while the Income Tax officials also acquiring diamond, platinum, gold and silver from his residence. He was even subjected to an inquiry in regard to the acquisition of certain properties.

The actor, on the other hand, gave out a statement saying that the officials were only doing their job and he is not distressed about the raid at his residence.
