TDP Ex-MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar Arrested For The Third Time 

Eluru: The Andhra Pradesh police arrested senior Telugu Desam Party leader and former MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar for the third time.

According to the reports, Chintamaneni who was in the district jail was arrested by the police on a Prisoner in Transit (PT) warrant and produced in court. The 14-day remand which was given to Chintamaneni by the judge on July 11 concluded on Wednesday.

Police had submitted the PT warrants in two other cases against Chintamaneni in the court.

After that, the judge had extended the remand period of Chintamanen till October 9 in one case and till October 10 in the other case. As the police arrested Chintamaneni Prabhakar in the court premises, he lost his control and used abusive language at the police.
