Ex-TDP MLA Divi Sivaram Urges Cadre To Ensure Party Win Through Rowdyism If Needed

Prakasam: TDP leaders appear to be getting desperate by the hour as the election campaign is gaining momentum. "If necessary, we will resort to rowdyism", he is reported to have told party workers while electioneering in Prakasam. He is said to have added that there is nothing wrong in this. It is one thing to say that TDP workers should work for Chandrababu's win and quite another to make such wild, uncontrolled remarks.

Divi Sivaram's statements reflect the growing desperation of ruling party leaders who are facing heavy anti-incumbency. MLA and MP candidates are finding it increasingly difficult to campaign in many places and are being questioned by the masses.
