Chittoor: Andhra Pradesh chief minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu aggressively tried to turn the tables on Telangana government claiming that the Cyberabad police was targeting a Madhapur company for updating TDP data. The TDP supremo questioned the role of the Telangana police in acting against the Hyderabad based software company, IT Grids India Pvt Ltd. The AP chief minister threatened those who were probing the role of the TDP leadership, adding that he would not spare them and would shake them to the foundations.

During his tour of Chittoor district, Chandrababu Naidu addressed a gathering at Madanapalle. Once again Chandrababu bragged about being a pioneer in bringing the IT sector to the erstwhile state. He reportedly claimed to be the brain behind the mobile phone as well. Chandrababu blamed Telangana chief minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao and PM Modi for creating obstacles in the path of AP's development. How and why PM Modi and KCR could be accused of any impropriety in this case is something which the AP chief minister alone can explain.

Chandrababu deliberately tried to cloud the issue of harvesting data of residents of the state saying that it was the data of TDP members. As YSRCP leader Bugganna Rajendranath Reddy pointed out, this was not a case of data related to TDP members, but a straightforward case of data theft of AP citizens.
