YSR Kadapa: The TDP is blatantly indulging in the deletion of names of voters who they consider as YSRCP sympathizers in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Conducted under the aegis of the TDP supremo Chandrababu and monitored by his son Nara Lokesh,  the voters names are being deleted through various methods, through fake surveys, forcible deletion of names using Form 7 and the latest being the digital way of using specialised software to enumerate YSRCP sympathisers and capturing the data.

It is also being alleged that along with the names of the pro-YSRCP voters, the Telugu Desam Party is trying to delete the names using the YSRCP Booth Committee members' names.
In a shocking incident reported, apparently a request form was sent online to the Tahsildar's office seeking deletion of the name of senior YSRCP leader YS Vivekananda Reddy, brother of late Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy, former MP and minister. The application came from some unknown sources on Saturday. The application did not bear the signature of YS Vivekananda Reddy and another revelation that came to light was that more than 2,500 applications from voters seeking deletion of names from the voters’ list came from unknown sources under the guise of YSRCP Booth committee members to the Tahsildar’s office. YS Vivekananda Reddy’s name is registered in Booth No 135 in Bakarapuram at Pulivendula.

YSRCP leaders are demanding that the election and police officials take stern action against the people behind this and file criminal cases against them.
