YSRCP Meet Chief Electoral Officer Over TDP’s Misuse Of Official Machinery To Win MLC polls

A delegation of the YSRCP lodged a complaint with the Chief Electoral Officer against the ruling Telugu Desam in Andhra Pradesh for misuse of official machinery to influence the voters in the upcoming MLC elections.

A delegation comprising YSRCP MLA P Ramakrishna Reddy and party official spokesperson Vasireddy Padma met Chief Electoral Officer Bhanwarlal and said the TDP was granting crores of rupees in contravention of the poll code to the ZPTC and MPTC members under the Neeru Chettu programme. They said the TDP was trying to buy off the Opposition MPTCs and ZPTCs by offering to provide funds to them.
