YS Jagan Wishes People on Telugu Language Day
Vijayawada: YSR Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy wished the people on the occasion of the Telugu Language Day, on Monday.

The party president tweeted that Telugu language is our heritage and it is our responsibility to protect and promote the language. It may be recalled that the Andhra Pradesh government had declared the birth anniversary of Gidugu Venkata Ramamurthy, father of spoken Telugu language movement, as the Telugu Language Day. Eminent personalities who contributed to the promotion of Telugu language through literature and arts are honoured by the government and social organisations to mark the Telugu Language Day.
