Birstol: Smriti Mandhana, who has made heads turn with her looks and skills with the bat, had broken into tears after she was out for a single-digit score against the Australians. A video of her breaking into tears in the dressing room is doing rounds in the social media.

Off to a great start in the opening match between England in the ICC Women's Cricket World Cup 2017, Mandhana had scored a decent 90 runs helping India win the match.

In the very next match against the West Indies, she clinched a century. Subsequently, she hogged limelight in the media with her skills on the field. Later, she lost form and could not make any contributions in the last four matches she had played.
