Woman Runs Away With Rs1 Cr Worth Gold After Tricking Bizman In Kukatpally
Hyderabad: A woman fled away after stealing 3.5kg of gold from the car of a businessman in Kukatpally on Sunday night.
Abhishek Agarwal of Basheerbagh was on his way back home after visiting Chandanagar late night. He was carrying 3.5kg gold worth Rs1 crore in his car. He was sitting in his parked car at AS Raju Colony arch near Yes Mart off the highway in Kukatpally to answer a call on his mobile. An unidentified woman appeared from nowhere and reportedly told Agarwal that his car tyre got punctured.
When he came out of the car to check the tyre, the woman picked the bag containing gold and fled away within moments. A shocked Agarwal complained to the police who checked the CCTV footage to find an unidentified woman in the area. Efforts are on to nab the woman, police said.
