Will this Kapu Minister stay away from AP Cabinet meet?

Are there fissures within the Kapu ministers on the Kapu reservation issues?Ahead of Chandrababu Naidu's urgent cabinet meet on Monday, key Kapu minister and BJP nominee Paidikondala Manikyala Rao is contemplating to give a miss to the cabinet meet.

This is being viewed as a shock to the TDP. Paidikondala is from Kapu dominated West Godavari district.

His political guru and MLC Somu Veerraju has already extended his support to Mudragada Padmanabham's agitation. He went to Kirlampudi, the native village of Mudragada, and met the Kapu leader.
