Will Rana Say Yes to A Mythological Subject?

Looks like Rana Daggubati is bitten by the mythology bug how else would one explain his choice of movies? Earlier it was Baahubali and now we hear he will work on a movie with Rudhramadevi director Gunashekar. The tentative title for the flick is Hiranyakasipudu. And if sources are to be believed then Viacom 18 will pump in funds for the movie.

The film will be produced with a whopping investment of Rs 108 crores. It may be recalled that SV Ranga Rao had played Hiranyakasipu in the Telugu classic that came out eons ago. Now, Rana will be seen essaying the same role. The film will require a lot of CG and thus calls for a lot of investment.

Now, the million dollar question now is if Rana will allot dates for Hiranyakasipudu. It's a well known fact that Rana is presently busy with the patriotic film titled 1945. Watch this space for updates.
