Will Punganur MLA too join Jagan's cadre?
Former minister and Punganur MLA Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy, a staunch opponent of Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy, met YSR Congress party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at Chanchalaguda prison during mulakhath time on Wednesday.
Along with Peddireddy, his son Midhun Reddy too met Jagan. According to sources, the duo is discussing the political developments in the state.
It may be recalled that the Punganur MLA quit the Congress party recently over Congress High Command's decision to retain Kiran as the Chief Minister.
Peddireddy hails from Kiran's native Chittoor district. His meeting with Jagan gains momentum as there's a lot of talk in the political circles about which party he will be joining now.
The media and the supporters of the MLA are waiting with bated breath outside the jail to know the reason behind meeting the YSRCP president.
