Prabhas Guest House Case Postponed To December 31

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad High Court has asked the Telangana government to file a counter affidavit to a petition filed by Baahubali actor Prabhas, challenging the seizure of his guest house by the revenue authorities in Hyderabad.

It may be recalled that Officials seized the guest house of the  actor located at Raidurgam in the Serlingampally limits as per the directives of the Supreme court order which declared the the entire tract of 84 acres of land was government property.
Prabhas had filed a petition challenging the action by the revenue authorities without serving him a notice and the case was already adjourned twice with regard to jurisdiction issue of the matter.

The High Court, which heard the petition on Friday, ordered that the status quo be maintained at the site till further orders. It also asked the state government to file a counter affidavit by December 24 and adjourned the hearing to December 31.
