Kishan Reddy has been allocated the portfolio of Union Minister for Home Affairs and he will be the deputy to Party President Amit Shah, who is holding the Ministry for Home Affairs as Cabinet Minister.

The Secunderabad MP was inducted into the Union Council of Ministers of PM Modi's Cabinet in New Delhi on Thursday. Previously, Ch Vidyasagar Rao was Union Minister of state for home affairs from Erstwhile Andhra Pradesh.
