TRS is going to sweep the upcoming election with KCR as the Chief Minister says caretaker IT and Municipal department minister K Taraka Rama Rao.

“Ayush doctors with KTR”, was held here at Jalavihar by State Ayush Doctors association. KTR was the chief speaker of this meeting which was attended by ayush doctors from all over the Telangana state. Talking to the doctors he said, Ayush is in the forefront of curing diseases which cannot be cured by allopathy. It should be seen as a prominent method of treatment but not as an alternative.

He also shared a personal anecdote of his, and this was when the cough would not subside even after six weeks and a dose of antibiotics. "Then my mother suggested to me to try Ayush which worked," he said. In the past 21 years there have been no appointments made to fill the vacant Ayush doctors' posts which this government is going to do, he added. Later enquiring about the bridge course which gives Ayush doctors insights of allopathy treatment was applauded by him.

He further added, the doctor and patient ratio has fallen drastically even with the 1:1000 ratio law in place. If India were to be called as a developed country then the number of doctors produced every year should rise. A prosperous Telangana is only possible when a Healthy Telangana is achieved. Telangana state budget for health was 4 thousand crores in the beginning now it is 7 thousand crores he added. Under the leadership of care taker health minister Lakshma Reddy the medical standards reached next level.

In controlling baby deaths during delivery and in the mission Indradhanush(vaccination program) Telangana is ahead of all the other states. Many people are being tested and treated for their eye ailments the minister added.

Every citizen's health profile is going to be digitalised. Even if the person is in an unconscious state his profile can be accessed through Iris and finger print. This program has already started in Sircilla district. Every one will undergo a major health check up every year, he said. Also, he expressed his anguish over the increasing number of cancer cases. PCC chief Uttam Kumar Reddy also knows that it is TRS which is going to form the government. In the coming 5 years we are focusing on education and medicine, says caretaker health minister Lakshma Reddy said. Others present in the event were Vinod Kumar member of parliament, Ponguleti Sreenivas Reddy and Balasani Lakshmi Narayana Reddy.
