T minister asks Chandrababu to waive crop loans

Telangana Minister for Agriculture Pocharam Srinivasa Reddy asked Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister designate N.Chandrababu Naidu to fulfill his election promise of waiver of loans of farmers in his state.

“The duty of Chandrababu will not be over just by signing on the file,” said the minister.

He exhorted the farmers in Telangana not to worry about their future. “We have already ordered a probe on the suicides of farmers in the state,” said the minister.

He said that they would soon make a statement on the waiver of loans of farmers.

The T minister clarified that they would surely waive off loans which are under Rs.1 lakh.
