YSR Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's sister Sharmila today criticised the Congress party for ignoring the plight of farmers.
Reminding the people that her late father Dr. Y S Rajasekhara Reddy had completed 95 per cent of the Handriva project works, Sharmila alleged that the present Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy had not even completed 10 per cent of the remaining work.
Speaking at the gathering on national highway at Tuggila in Kurnool district as part of her ongoing Maro Praja Prasthanam, she said the acute power shortage in the state was due to the lack of foresight on the part of the government.
TDP government had done nothing during it's nine years rule. TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu is reluctant to move a no-confidence motion against the Kiran Kumar Reddy Government, Sharmila said and alleged that this clearly reflects the fact that both had joined hands.
