Seemandhra stage dharna on one leg at Secretariat

Be it the Esma rule or any GO, nothing can deter the Seemandhra and Telangana employees from staging protests at Secretariat.

Protests and counter protests continued at the Secretariat today. In a novel way of protesting the Centre's decision to divide the state, Seemandhra employees staged a dharna standing on a single leg.
