Rajaratnam Issac and family: Missing or murdered?

A family of Kadapa's prominent social activist Rajaratnam Issac, which has been reported missing for the last one year, it emerges, has been killed by persons reportedly close to them.

However, the exhuming of the bodies has raised more questions than it solved as conflicting versions are emerging.

Rajaratnam Issac is the president of of District Peace Committee and runs Zion School in Kadapa. However, he, his son Krupakar, daughter-in-law Mounika and their three kids went missing since last year. The police could not make any progress in the investigation.

However, a person approached the police claiming to have murdered them and burying them in their own school. Based on his confession, five bodies were recovered. Now doubts are being expressed if one of the six members, presumed to have been missing may have plotted the murders. The investigations are now on.
