People Will Teach Chandrababu A Fitting Lesson For Engineering Defections: IV Reddy

YSRCP Giddaluru assembly constituency coordinator IV Reddy on Monday slammed Chandrababu for merely mouthing platitudes about value-based politics, but buying off MLAs from the Opposition by paying Rs 25 crore. He said Chandrababu was murdering democracy and was seriously harming the spirit of the Constitution by encouraging defections.

Addressing a media conference in the wake of the Chandrababu luring another YSRCP MLA into the TDP, he demanded that those who have switched sides should resign from the posts they had won as YSRCP candidates. He said the people were ready to teach a fitting lesson to Chandrababu Naidu and the TDP in the elections. He said the TDP will have to face the people's anger for encouraging valueless politics.

He said during late YSR's regime, every assembly constituency was developed regardless of whether it was represented by the ruling party or the opposition. But now, Chandrababu is completely ignoring the constituencies represented by the Opposition. He said Chandrababu will have to face the people very soon and he would be defeated at the hustings.
