
Guntur: In a sudden change of things, Jana Sena Founder and President Pawan Kalyan drubbed the ruling TDP party for its misrule of the state of Andhra Pradesh, Lokesh's corruption and TDP leaders' atrocities. Speaking at the Jana Sena Party Formation Day here today, he was vociferous about Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu and his son Lokesh for their open corruption and looting of the state.
Jana Sena Chief accused that Chandrababu was afraid of PM Modi because of his son Lokesh, who was named in the ex-TDP member Shekar Reddy IT case. CM was making rounds to Delhi not for the state's benefit but to save his son, he asserted.
Pawan Kalyan pointed out that it was shameful on the part of TDP cadre to openly pronounce that they were getting ready with Rs 25 crores per constituency to fight the next elections against YSRCP. He said to meet these expenses the TDP was indulging in corruption.
The actor-turned-politician told the gathering that today AP stood No 1 in corruption, thanks to Chandrbabu's rule and added no one was happy in the state over the last four years. He mentioned that the government had failed in all fronts and their party would take the responsibility of questioning the TDP on all aspects.
He questioned why CM had bargained the Special Category Status (SCS) to Special package. "Was there any secret deal to accept Special Package?" He expressed his displeasure over the way TDP government handling law and order in the state and told that TDP leaders were above the law, and had all the freedom. He concluded the formation day meeting with an announcement that Jana Sena party will not support the TDP in the next elections.
