Panabaka Lakshmi is MoS petroleum

Panabaka Lakshmi has been given the portfolio of state petroleum minister. After the Cabinet reshuffle, the textile minister Panabaka Lakshmi was given a change in portfolio.

Milind Deora is the Shipping minister and Minister of State for Defence, while Lalchand Kataria has been appointed as Minister of State for Rural Development Ministry. The new HRD minister, M M Pallam Raju will assume charge from today. Prior to this, he was minister of state for Defence.
