Bigg Boss Telugu Season 5 Contestant Shanmukh Jaswanth is gearing up to celebrate his birthday on Thursday (today). As you all know by now, Shannu is dating former Bigg Boss contestant Deepthi Sunaina. This couple is one of the most loved celebrities on Instagram.

Though there have been many rumours about their relationship earlier, none of them had admitted to it in public. But a few months ago, both Shannu and Deepthi attended to an event on Star Maa and opened up about their love in front of fans.

Today being Shannu's b'day, it appears that Deepthi Sunaina got emotional as she is not able to celebrate Shannu’s birthday after they went public with their relationship.

So Deepthi Sunaina threw a surprise for Shannu on his birthday by going to Annapurna Studios last night. Sunaina, along with some friends were spotted outside the Bigg Boss House sets in Hyderabad. All of them shouted from there wishing him a very happy birthday. When they waited for his reply, all the Bigg Bos 5 Telugu housemates replied to them with a ‘thank you'.

Deepthi Sunaina was elated and then she cut a cake instead of Shanmukh. She also wished him on Instagram by posting their cutest pictures. In the post, ‘Happy Birthday Shannu, I Love You my forever’ she wrote.
