Bigg Boss Telugu Season 6: Adi Reddy is the frist safe contestant of the house this week. Chalaki Chanti, Inaya, Arjun, Marina, Adireddy, Faima, Baladitya, and Vasanthi have been nominated for the fifth-week elimination round. Nagarjuna asked Revanth and Geethu to go to storeroom and bring the balloons. Then each balloon was given to the nominated contestants of the house. In each balloon, a slip was kept in it.

Marina -  Unsafe

Bala Aditya -  Unsafe

Arjun - Unsafe

Vasanthi - Unsafe

Then Adi Reddy felt so happy and thanked audiences for their constant support. Nagarjuna reminded Adireddy about Kavitha. Then Adireddy said, 'I Love You To Kavitha.'

In the second round of saving, caps were given to the remaining contestants except for Adireddy. Faima was saved in the second round. She has got a cap with green coloured ball and others got cap with red ball.
