Samantha told a leading magazine about taking a break from the movies at the peak of her career. She said that it was a very hard decision for her to make. She further added that she needed to slow down as she was going too fast. Her health was the utmost priority to her. 

Samantha is yet to sign a new film. She will be next seen in a Hindi web series alongside Varun Dhawan.
