Arunachal Pradesh: Army Chopper Crashes In Upper Siang , Rescue Operations Underway

A helicopter operated by the Indian Army on Friday crashed near the Tuting area in the Upper Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh. According to the sources, the Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH) crashed near the Singing village, located about 25 kms away from the Tuting headquarters in the Upper Siang district. The site of the crash is not connected by any road and the rescue team reached the spot said Upper Siang senior cop Jummar Basar.

On October 5, a helicopter crash in Arunachal Pradesh took place in which a pilot died and many others were injured after a Cheetah helicopter crashed near Tawang.
