
Hyderabad is on a three-day yellow alert.
Hyderabad: Temperatures in the city have dropped again after many balmy winter evenings. In the early hours of Monday, the average low temperature was 15.3 degrees Celsius. Serilingampally had the lowest minimum temperature of 11.9 degrees Celsius.
The Telangana State Development Planning Society (TSDPS) predicts that nighttime temperatures will drop much further in the next few days. On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, areas on the outskirts of the city, such as Kapra, Hayathnagar, Uppal, Malakpet, and Falaknuma, may see a dip in temperature.
Officials from the India Meteorological Department in Hyderabad predicted that the city's nighttime temperature would drop by two to three degrees, ranging from 11 to 15 degrees Celsius. The city has been placed on a three-day yellow alert by IMD.

The nighttime temperature in numerous Telangana districts was also below normal. Kumram Bheem Asifabad had the lowest minimum temperature of 10.9 degrees Celsius on Monday. Many regions, including Medchal-Malkajgiri, Nirmal, Jangaon, Siddipet, and Vikarabad, are anticipated to see a three-to-four degree drop in temperature during the next few days. For the next three days, the IMD-H has issued a yellow alert for over 20 Telangana districts.
