Allu Arjun's upcoming release, Pushpa 2: The Rule, is set to hit theaters on August 15th, 2023. The film, directed by Sukumar, is the sequel to the 2021 blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise. It boasts an ensemble cast, including Fahadh Faasil, Rashmika Mandanna, Dhananjay, Rao Ramesh, Sunil, and Anasuya Bharadwaj, reprising their roles from the first installment.

Pushpa 2: The Rule has already made records before its release. Reports suggest that Netflix has acquired the post-theatrical OTT rights for a staggering amount, setting a new benchmark for future films. The movie is said to be made on a massive scale with a large budget, making it one of the most expensive Indian films ever produced. Devi Sri Prasad, who composed the chartbuster tracks for the first part, has crafted the music for the sequel.

In addition to Pushpa 2: The Rule, Allu Arjun has several exciting projects lined up. Rumors are rife about him collaborating with Jawan director Atlee and music composer Anirudh Ravichander, although official confirmation is pending.

The stylish star has also confirmed teaming up with director Trivikram Srinivas for an untitled project. Furthermore, he is set to work with Animal director Sandeep Reddy Vanga on a future film.
