Royal Enfield has taken the wraps off the new Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition at the prestigious EICMA show in Milan, giving its popular adventure tourer a bold new identity.
This special edition doesn’t bring any mechanical changes but stands out with its all-black colour scheme and rally-inspired design elements. Every component—from the cycle parts to the body panels—is draped in a sleek black finish, while the fuel tank features subtle grey graphics for added contrast.
To enhance both style and functionality, the Mana Black Edition comes equipped with several rally-style accessories, which are expected to be standard on this version. These include a high-set beak fender, flat bench seat, knuckle guards, and a rally-style rear panel, all adding to its rugged adventure appeal.
Underneath the darkened aesthetics, the bike remains mechanically identical to the standard Himalayan 450. It’s powered by a 452cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine producing 40bhp and 40Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox featuring an assist and slipper clutch.
The feature list is as modern as ever, with a colour TFT display supporting Google Maps navigation and Bluetooth connectivity, along with ride-by-wire throttle and switchable ABS for better control on and off the road.
The Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition tips the scales at 196kg (kerb weight) and comes with a 17-litre fuel tank. It offers an impressive 230mm of ground clearance and a 1,510mm wheelbase, riding on a 21-inch front and 17-inch rear spoke wheel setup. Suspension duties are handled by Showa USD front forks and a monoshock, while braking performance comes from single discs at both ends.
With its stealthy looks and purposeful accessories, the Mana Black Edition gives the Himalayan 450 an even more adventure-ready and aggressive stance — perfectly blending Royal Enfield’s classic ruggedness with modern performance.
