Balayya's Son-in-law and TDP MP Candidate Sri Bharat Sparks Controversy

Nandamuri Balakrishna's son-in-law and TDP's Lok Sabha candidate from Visakhapatnam Sribharat Mathukumilli has made a controversial statement on the governance. He said ‘government is the biggest goonda’ whichever party may be ruling in the government.

In a recent interview with a news channel, Bharat sparked a controversy saying he does not believe in working with the government and no one can fight against the government. He said people who work for the government don’t get wages on time as the administration puts several conditions on the release of funds.

Continuing his tirade against the governance, Bharat said you will get followers only when you spend the money. Bharat, who is contesting from Visakhapatnam as a TDP Lok Sabha seat, also said that he does not have to spend money on his election campaign as the candidates in the assembly constituencies falling under his parliamentary segment will bear the expenses.

However, the TDP’s rank and file is not happy with Bharat’s style of running the campaign. They said that the TDP candidate cannot win the election without spending money and he cannot shift the expenses on the assembly candidates.
