Minister Peddireddy stated that TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu and his brother-in-law and actor Nandamuri Balakrishna will be defeated in the upcoming Assembly elections. Peddireddy said Chandrababu from the Kuppam Assembly constituency and Balakrishna from the Hindupur Assembly constituency would be defeated. He said TDP had failed to keep its promises to the people when it was in power.

"We have provided welfare schemes to 99 per cent of the beneficiaries. CM Jagan is giving the highest priority to the backward communities. Deepika, who belongs to the Kuruba community, will contest the Hindupur Assembly. Shanta who belongs to the Boya-Valmiki community will be in the constituency from the Hindupur Parliament. In the past, no party had given a chance to two women from backward communities in one constituency. Minister Peddireddy said that YSRCP will definitely defeat Chandrababu in Kuppam and Balakrishna in Hindupur," said Minister Peddireddy.

"We will soon overcome some dissatisfaction with ticket allocation. It is not yet clear who will contest on behalf of TDP-Jana Sena. Congress lost its presence in AP. Chandrababu is making conspiracies to split votes. We will overcome these conspiracies. Secretariat staff are not used in elections. Chandrababu and Pawan Kalyan did not understand and complained to the EC. Chandrababu is the real Rayalaseema traitor," Minister Peddireddy added.
