Andhra Pradesh:8 Newly Elected Local Body MLCs Take Oath

AMARAVATI: Eight new members of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council who were elected from various local body constituencies were sworn in on Monday in the State Assembly. The oath-taking ceremony was presided over by Chairman Koyye Moshenu Raju.

P Ramasubba Reddy from Kadapa, Meriga Muralidhar from Nellore and Kavuru Srinivas and Vanka Ravindranath from West Godavari, Kudipudi Satyanarayana Rao from East Godavari, Narthu Rama Rao from Srikakulam, Subhramanyam Cipai from Srikakulam and A Madhusudan from Kurnool were sworn in.

State Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Deputy Chief Minister Budi Mutyala Naidu, State Revenue Secretary Dharmana Prasada Rao, State Information Public Relations, BC Welfare, Cinematography Minister CH. Srinivasa Venugopala Krishna, State Civil Supplies Minister Karumuri Venkata Nageswara Rao, and other Ministers were present in this program. State Govt Adviser (Public Affairs) Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, State Legislative Council Chief Whip Mudunuri Prasada Raju, State Legislative Council Chief Whip Umareddy Venkateshwarlu, Government Whip Janga Krishna Murthy, former Minister Dharmana Krishnadas, MLA Varaprasad, several MLCs also participated in the program.
