Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh PCC Chief Raghuveera Reddy said the Bhartiya Janatha Party (BJP) tried to gain power by illicit means in Karnataka. "The Supreme Court saved the democracy by giving a historic verdict on the Karnataka floor test issue. Even before Kumaraswamy swore in as the Chief Minister, AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is ready with a script to claim credit for the formation of government by the Congress-JDS alliance in Karnataka. Chandrababu is indulging in praising himself by claiming that his suggestions have helped Congress-JDS form the government," the PCC Chief said.

"Chandrababu is an oppurtunistic politician. He should reveal the reason for appointing the wife of a Karnataka BJP minister as a member of TTD Board. He will take credit for sunrise and sunset. The Supreme Court should file a suo-motto case on Chandrababu for resorting to corruption in Telangana MLC elections and on BJP for trying to buy MLAs in Karnataka," he criticized.
