Rangasthalam Will Retain Non-Baahubali Record In USA  

Mega Power star Ram Charan's Rangasthalam has kept the cash registers ringing at the box office ever since it opened in theatres. Rangasthalam has shattered every record of Tollywood in domestic and international box office except Prabhas' Baahubali franchise which no film, so far has been able to break since its release last year.

Here is an exciting bit of news for all the mega fans and telugu audiences. Rangasthalam is likely to retain the non-baahubali record in USA. Recently, there were two big Telugu releases—Mahesh Babu's Bharat Ane Nenu and Allu Arjun's Naa Peru Surya. Bharat Ane Nenu and Naa Peru Surya are doing exceptional business at the box office and those films will be considered blockbuster hits in Tollywood. But trade analysts say Ram Charan's Rangasthalam will remain the hit of this summer at the worldwide box office.

Rangasthalam did a fantastic business of Rs 100 Cr share worldwide. It is still performing well at the box office in its extended run of sixth week. Rangasthalam is a rural revenge drama set in the 80s where Charan is seen playing a hearing impaired person. Samantha has also nailed the character of village belle Ramalaxmi in Rangasthalam. The film is directed by Sukumar and produced by Mythri Movie Makers. Anasuya, Jagapathi Babu and Prakash Raj are seen in key roles.

Meanwhile, Ram Charan is busy with the shoot of his next with Boyapati Srinu. The makers will wrap up the Hyderabad shoot by end of this week. Ram Charan and the film unit will be heading to Bangkok and the schedule starts from May 15. Watch this space for more.
