Sleeping Dog Crushed To Death In Agra

Agra (UP): In a cruel fate, a sleeping street dog was crushed to death during road construction work here. Workers of RP Infra Venture Pvt Ltd, who were carrying out road work buried the dog alive while it was asleep, it is learnt. A video of the incident has gone viral on social media.

The road laying work was being carried out at the stretch between Phool Syed Cross and Circuit House. After realising that the incident had caught attention, the workers removed the dog's corpse from the site, socialist activist Naresh Paras said.

It is learnt that residents of the locality were agitated with the incident and staged a protest near the local police station.
