Nampally court asked to file case on MP Kavita

Nampally court in Hyderabad ordered Madannapet police to file a case on TRS leader and Nizamabad MP Kavita for her some controversial comments.

Kavita commented that Kashmir and Telangana were merged in India forcibly after getting independence. She also said that some parts of Kashmir are not part of India. These comments became controversial.

Convenor of BJP legal cell advocate Karuna Sagar filed a petition in Nampally court saying that the comments of the TRS MP are posing a threat to the integrity of the country.

Considering the petition, Seventh Additional Chief Metropolitan Court ordered the police to file a case on Kavita.
