Mentally challenged woman gangraped in Visakhapatnam

In a shocking incident, a mentally challenged woman was allegedly gangraped by three youth at shipping harbor of Vishakapatnam. 

The incident took place on Tuesday morning, reports said.

The woman, who could not explain the incident verbally, explained through gestures. Residents who noticed three suspected youth suspiciously roaming the surroundings, managed to nab two of them. One guy ran away.  

The residents beat up the two boys and handed them over to police. 

Police have registered a case and investigations have begun. They have also launched a manhunt to nab the third culprit. She was taken to hospital for medical tests.
