Lifeless body of newborn found in drainage

The body of a newborn was found in a drainage of the Maternity hospital in Tirupati on Thursday. Sanitation workers found the body while cleaning the drain.
They pulled out the body from the drainage and informed the doctors, who alerted the police. The police have launched an investigation into the incident.
