Lashkar owns responsibility for Hyd blasts?

Lashkar-e-Taiba, Pakistan-based militant group claimed that it has masterminded the Dilshuknagar twin blasts.

A letter to this effect was received by BJP State president Kishan Reddy on Sunday. The letter further warned that that their next target would be Begum Bazar in Hyderabad. Kishan Reddy said a complaint was given to Abids police on the letter. 

The Abids police are investigating  whether the letter was genuine or a fake one either to misguide the investigating agencies or an act of fun done by some mischievous people.
