Kodandaram, Etela, Jupalli among 8 granted bail

The Alampur court in Mahbubnagar district on Saturday evening granted bail to eight pro-Telangana leaders who were jailed for violating prohibitory orders to undertake 'Sadak Bandh'  on the Hyderabad-Bangalore national highway on Thursday.

It may be recalled that the Mahbubnagar court had remanded them to judicial custody till April 4 and were shifted to the District Jail in Mahbubnagar town.

TJAC chief M Kodandaram, TRS MLAs Etela Rajender and Jupalli Krishna Rao were among the eleven leaders who were sent to jail. Of these, eight have been granted bail today.
