Maharshi 17 Days Collections: Mahesh Babu Film Heading Towards Rs 100 Cr  

Superstar Mahesh Babu's 'Maharshi' is running successfully in the third week of its release. It is doing unstoppable business at the worldwide box office. The film is expected to have a long run as they are no new big tickets films lined up for release. 'Maharshi' has kept cash registers ringing ever since it released by earning jaw-dropping figures with each passing day.

According to trade reports, 'Maharshi' has crossed $1.8 million mark and is inching closer to the $2 million mark on foreign shores. The weekend is around the corner and the movie is expected to register decent numbers all through the weekend at the USA box office. Though, the movie has garnered mixed reviews from several quarters, the word of mouth and summer holidays have helped the movie to reap the profits.

Audiences are not just raving about the film but also lauding praises for Mahesh Babu and Allari Naresh's brilliance performance in 'Maharshi'. Pooja Hegde scored the biggest blockbuster in her career with 'Maharshi'. It is being said that Pooja Hegde has jacked up her remuneration after playing the female lead opposite Mahesh Babu in 'Maharshi. Director Vamsi Paidipally who is tasting the success of 'Maharshi', is working on his new project.

Talking about collections, 'Maharshi' has performed well on Saturday in Telugu states and other parts of the country. It has managed to earn approximately Rs Two crore in 17 days run at the worldwide box office. So far, ‘Maharshi’ total collections from Telugu states is believed to be around Rs 75 Cr plus. It is heading towards Rs 100 Cr mark. Exact figures are yet to be known. 'Maharshi' is raking in the moolah at the ticket windows.
