With his latest movie, Maharshi emerging to be the highest grosser in his career, Mahesh Babu surely has a reason to celebrate. The makers of Maharshi along with the cast and crew held a Maharshi Vijayotsavam event on Saturday in Vijayawada.
In an interesting take, actor Mahesh Babu in his speech endearingly termed director, K Raghavendra Rao as Mavayya. It is to be known that K Raghavendra Rao launched Mahesh Babu in the Telugu movie industry as a hero with the movie Raja Kumarudu in 1999.
You are really a special person in my life.

Expressing his gratitude to the director for introducing him in the movies and teaching him every aspect from body language to dialogue delivery, Mahesh Babu also revealed that he didn't understand the movie but had confidence in the director's vision which would make Raja Kumarudu a huge success.
Calling him a special person in his life, he further conveyed his happiness for K Raghavendra Rao producing his 25th movie, Maharshi.
Maharshi features Mahesh Babu, Allari Naresh, Pooja Hedge and Prakash Raj in key roles. Vamshi Paidipally has directed the social drama which was bankrolled by Dil Raju under the Sri Venkateshwara Creations banner.
