Sarkar Collections Scorches Box Office In Australia, Europe And UK: Taran Adarsh

Ilayathalapathy Vijay's Sarkar has hit a jackpot at the foreign box office. What with his latest offering setting the cash registers ticking at the ticket window, it appears the Kollywood actor has a winner in hand this Diwali. Film critics as also fans and moviebuffs have shown their thumbs up to the movie. The film has opened to a fantabulous response at the box office.

Sarkar box office collections have been impressive not just in India but overseas too. On day one itself, despite the fact that the film hit theatres on a weekday, the film did well overseas.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh who's closely following the film's figures has shared some encouraging news for the fans of Vijay. Sarkar has done mindblowing business in Europe, Australia and UK. Have a look at his tweets..

Sarkar features Vijay in the lead role while Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and Keerthy Suresh play the leading ladies. Directed by Ar Murugadoss, the film is produced by Kalanithi Maran under the Sun Pictures banner. This is Murugadoss's third collaboration with Vijay. The duo have earlier worked together in Kathi and Tuppaki which went on to become commercial hits.
